TERMS OF PURCHASE & GUARANTEE

Regarding any returns or refunds

PUPPY PURCHASE TERMS

Deposits and Payments

A deposit of $1,000 is required to reserve a Full Flex Frenchies puppy. All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total purchase price. The remaining balance is due at the time of pick up. Full Flex Frenchies accepts Zelle or bank wire transfer for final payment.

Puppy Release Timeframe

Puppies are released to their new homes between 8 and 12 weeks of age, depending on their development, weight, temperament, and overall readiness. Full Flex Frenchies determines the safest release age for each individual puppy.

Health and Veterinary Care Prior to Pick Up

Every puppy receives:

  1. A full physical examination from a licensed veterinarian
  2. Age-appropriate vaccinations
  3. Routine parasite prevention
  4. A state-issued health certificate if required

A copy of the veterinarian’s findings will be provided at pick up. After the puppy leaves our care, all veterinary expenses become the responsibility of the buyer.

Health Guarantee

Full Flex Frenchies provides a 12-month health guarantee covering life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects of the heart, liver, kidneys, spine, or pancreas, as well as severe hip dysplasia requiring surgical correction. The puppy must not be more than five pounds overweight as determined by a licensed veterinarian.

If a life-threatening issue is diagnosed within the first 12 months:

  1. A detailed report from the examining veterinarian must be emailed to Full Flex Frenchies within 48 hours.
  2. Full Flex Frenchies may seek review from another licensed veterinarian of their choosing.
  3. If the condition is confirmed to be genetic or congenital, the buyer will receive a replacement puppy of equal value from the next available litter.

There are no monetary refunds for health conditions, and veterinary bills are not reimbursed under any circumstance.

If the puppy dies within the guarantee period, a necropsy performed by a licensed veterinarian is required to determine cause of death. If the cause is confirmed as congenital, the replacement-puppy guarantee applies.

No replacement will be given if the puppy is euthanized without prior written approval from Full Flex Frenchies.

The guarantee becomes void if:

  • The puppy has been injured due to accident or negligence
  • Veterinary records are not supplied to Full Flex Frenchies within 7 days of the first wellness exam
  • Ownership of the puppy has been transferred without the breeder’s written approval
  • The puppy is bred without permission

Conditions Not Covered

The following are not covered under the health guarantee:

Parasites (internal or external), Giardia, Coccidia, kennel cough, ear mites, fleas or ticks, cherry eye, eye irritation or abnormalities, skin allergies, elongated soft palate, small or collapsed nostrils, bad bites, undescended testicles, umbilical or inguinal hernias, loose hips or knees, thyroid dysfunction, or behavioral issues not tied to congenital conditions.

Stress-related conditions that may appear after transitioning to a new home are also not covered.

Spay/Neuter and Breeding Restrictions

All puppies sold as pets must be spayed or neutered. Proof of alteration may be requested.

Breeding without written permission from Full Flex Frenchies results in a $5,000 USD breach fee per occurrence. This fee is enforceable to protect the integrity of our program and bloodlines.

Returns, Refunds, and Rehoming

If the buyer cannot keep the puppy for any reason, the puppy must be returned to Full Flex Frenchies.

Full Flex Frenchies offers a $1,000 refund only if the puppy is physically returned to us.
No refund will be issued if the buyer chooses to rehome or sell the dog on their own.

Under no circumstances may the puppy be sold, leased, transferred, or given away to breeders, pet shops, research facilities, rescues, acquaintances, or family members without written approval from Full Flex Frenchies.

Full Flex Frenchies does not issue refunds for:

  • Buyer’s change of preference
  • Allergies
  • Inability to care for the puppy
  • Behavioral concerns that are not tied to congenital conditions

Sales and Registration

All puppies are sold as pets unless an approved breeding agreement is arranged beforehand. AKC registration may be limited or full based on the terms agreed upon at reservation.

There is no guarantee that any puppy will be suitable for showing or breeding as an adult.
